    Limitations on collecting a debt in canada?
    Is there a limitation on sending a bill for services rendered?

    Don't know exactly what you mean is this an unsecured loan delinquency or an invoice that you forgot to send to a client and want to collect now.

    I did trucking for my brother 1n 1983 and was never paid for it .Is it to late to send him a bill and collect .

    It's not too late to send him a bill, but it would be too late to use legal means to collect it.
