Vague description of a scene from a Japanese film... title?
I'm trying to figure out which movie this amazing scene I remember from a Japanese film came from. All I remember is a couple, dressed in rags, running through the slums of Japan. It took place a long time ago, but no idea when. The scene was so vivid, they were laughing and running through different peoples shacks and at one point there was a love scene. The colors and sounds were so vibrant, I almost remember smells. I wish I could remember more, but I know I saw it in 2001 or 2002. The male actor may possibly have been Tadanobu Asano. Any ideas?
