    How old does a child have to be, to be left home alone for 2 hours or more in the state of Indiana?

    Old enough that if something happens it does not look bad.

    There is no "set" age, it is merely how mature they are. And unless someone is challenging it, or unless something goes wrong, it never matters. What you have to think of is how do you justify it to someone if thiere is a issue latter.
