    You need to contact the previous company and ask them about this.

    Generally, employer provided life insurance is term insurance. Which means you are covered as long as you are employed. When employment ends the coverage ends unless you convert it to a personal policy.

    When you leave a company with vested retirement benefits, they are required to send info to the SSA about it. When you file for your SSA retirement benefits they will inform you of any company provided retirement benefits you have.

    Other than that, if you feel a former employer owes you something, you need to contact that employer. Nothing else we can do to answer that question.
