    How can we lose weigh 15kg within in 2month
    I am 21year old,my Height is 1m62cm and I want lose weight within in 2 month,I know it so fast time,but I really want and this really really important to my health too... please help me to give some comments and reallyx100 thank for all your answer.. ;)

    Wow I don't know if you can lose that much in 2 months! But I think you can give it a shot ! :D drink plenty of water, get heaps of sleep and don't eat junk food. And do jogging/running everyday. Don't eat that much carbs.
    Swimming is really good for losing calories and it's a really fast way too. So if you can go to a swimmning pool just do a few laps everyday.

    EXERCISE AND DIET

    Do not starve yourself, firstly. That will make your body gain even more weight when you start eating again. Have a plan and ease your way into a diet. Fruits, vegetables, dairy and meat are all important. Sugary and Fatty foods are not. Remind yourself of your goal every time you are tempted. When I say ease, I mean give yourself time. Start with taking away the fatty foods, then move towards the fruits, then yogurts, it really depends on your lifestyle. If you go to the shops, there are plenty to pick from. Water will also help you cleanse your body and get rid of oils too. You don't want to be skinny and really oily.

    For the exercise, again, do not go straight to hardcore Olympic training. Start with daily light jogs or even little crunches at home. Whatever area of the body you use, the fat around that area will disappear. Squats are great for thighs, Sit ups are good for bellies, picking up stuff are good for your arms, etc. I recommend yoga because although it may be only stretching, it's great for all ages and strengths, especially for first timers. It is just basically moving your body into particular positions. I do it weekly and its great.

    Summary
    Do not starve yourself, that could lead to MANY health issues.
    Ease yourself into a healthy, natural and planned diet with plenty of water.
    Remember to have a lot of veges, a lot of fruit, some dairy and some meat.
    You don't need fatty and sugary foods to feel better. There are some tasty healthy stuff too!
    Start with daily light jogs and sit ups or I would recommend YOGA.

    With this healthy and natural method, that will not damage your body, you will lose around 8 kilograms for a month, but again, it depends on your bmi, muscle to fat ratio, IT REALLY DEPENDS ON YOU!
    But be safe, you don't know how many people would kill themselves for this.
