    Ex abusing children
Our child is 2. Durning her first yr she has come home from her dads with a yeast fungal bacterial diaper rash, her finger cut off in a door, 2 fingers burnt on a kerosene, her leaving after being sick for 2 weeks or more she left with a high fever per Dr. order to return child if things got worst father text me after 4 days of having her for me to take her to the Dr because she was getting worst she came back with serve dehydration which ended up in the ER, father miss visit and when he do take the child he picks up and returns her on his time, father leaves child at a daycare in which the child dose not attend and has been asked by the owner not to leave the child but was also where my ex works at and keeps assaulting me. I hired a lawyer in which after a $1000 only sat down with 2 times and nothing has happen with my case. What do I need to do?

I will assume you have documented every injury with the ER and will have a folder a couple of inches thick, with statemements from the doctor. You file to modify the visit agreement, requiring only supervised visits due to these injuries.

If he is "assult" you, call the police and file reports.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Take her to the doctor and have him report the issues to family services. See if that gets some action.

Your attorney must schedule a hearing before a Judge to change the visitation order. This can't be instantly done. It does take some time to accomplish. Call attorney and ask when the hearing is going to be held and then attend this hearing.

This is too much of a variable for someone else' case to help you. Child abuse is illegal and prosecutable. But proving child abuse is a different matter. So is proving unfit parenting. Each case is different and even similar cases can vary depending on the agencies and personalities involved.
