    How do I get aroused, the second round faster?
    I am 26 yrs old and she is 19, there are times I last forever but sometimes I don't, I just recently had sex with her, the first round went quick like it always does but when I went to get hard again I couldn't and I was really really aroused, so I was wondering is there a certain food I can eat that will help or something because my mind is defently in the right place I just can't do it phsically, I use to have no problem at all what is going on with me ahhh.

    My hubby has the same problem actually. He just paces himself a bit more the first time around he says.. We've tried many times, but it never works for us..

    How about just ENJOYING the time between with a lot of FOREPLAY---you know, YOU doing things to HER that she'd enjoy, and forget about your PENIS for a bit.

    I agree with Synnen. Before you know it you might be ready for another round. Maybe not.

    Another thing to realize is that the destination, i.e. orgasm, is NOT the important part of the sexual encounter. It is the intimacy shared. It doesn't matter really if either you got off, but it matters that both had fun.

    As well don't worry about it, let your body do what it will do. You might be putting too much pressure on yourself.
