    Ford f-350
    I have my radiator using water and it seems to be coming out of my exaust manifold what causes this

    Its going through the engine. Most of the causes are beyond some peoples ability to fix themselves.




    Of course it helps to know which engine you have... and what year and how many miles. We could be more specific then.

    Head gasket or cracked head is most common answer to this.

    Or pinholes in the cylinders due to cavitation from improper coolant maintenance if it's a 7.3 powerstroke.
