There is an alien movie from the late 80s early 90s that I can't remember the title for the life of me, I can't remember if it's a TV movie or a B movie that aired but if anyone regonizes it please tell me its been bugging me for years. The opening scene is a mans nightmare of an alien abduction that starts in his bedroom, the room fills with white light as he's abducted then graphic alien experiments ensue I vaguely remember him getting probed up the nose while he screams bloody murder. ( I was young when I saw it, perhaps its not as scary as I remember, either way it made an impression) That same man happens to be a top secret government scientist or something because later on a ufo crashes and he leads a team to investigate the ship. They wear full body suits as they search the ship they find a almost-dead alien that closely resembles an alien gray only they're shorter than us and have skin tight black suits. They capture him and bring him to they're lab/facility and start observing him. The next half of the movie is the man trying to communicate with the alien, they try feeding it, questioning it etc. the setting is a room with one of those one two way mirrors where the scientists watch the alien. Then the man starts to form some sort of telepathic bond with the alien I can't be too sure though. All I know is that I rented this movie on vhs when I was like 8 and I can't find anything anywhere, Please Help!

thanks I appreciate the link, I went through all 9 pages opened every movie I didn't know and I'm positive it wasn't there unfortunately. However I have found an old Sci-Fi Channel promo that shows a glimpse from the movie I'm trying to find. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPdurTbGpec&feature=related... Its towards the end stop the clip precisely at 2:22 and you'll see the alien from the movie with his mouth open all sad looking, its definitely from that movie. I've tried looking for a list of movies aired on the original Sci-Fi Channel in the early 90's but no luck. If you have any ideas of where I could look please let me know.

Sorry I know I gave you the most obscure reference imaginable... I'm absolutely positive that it's the right movie though, that film is tattooed on my brain its just one of those things from my childhood that I have a photographic memory of, you know what I mean... even if I do figure out what film it is I doubt I'll ever find a copy of it
