    How do I evict a relative that will not leave
    How do I evict my nephew, he is on probation and I allowed him to move in for 3 months. Since I have asked him to leave and he keeps coming back every day. Will not leave. What do I do?

    Your location will help us tell, if this is the US, what state, or is it France, or Spain, perhaps Iraq ?

    In general terms, in the US, you give him formal written notice,
    @ 30 days, but varies on location. And if he is not out, you file in court for a formal eviction
