    I have to agree with reading the Bible. If you truly want to have the "mind power" to say YES or NO, then I suggest that u start following Jesus. God left us the guide to not just mind power but, spiritual peace, and also, freedom... which lead to salvation. Want to know more?

    What makes you think it can be programed,

    Mind programming occurs on daily base.
    Example: When you go to sleep, you plan to get up at 6:00AM next morning (to go to work). And that's programming. Any decision of your mind is actual programming.
