    vinyl flooring
We just a few days ago had vinyl flooring laid, and it seems now that when you walk across the floor it appears to be extremely sticky, as if someone had spilled something, however after observing my bottoms of my feet, they appear to be black black and black... and have a sticky tar residue on them. It looks as though I had ran out on a highway that was just resurfaced with no shoes! Why is happening?

I wonder if the roll was in the heat too long, and the backing stuck to the surface? Call the installer. Try a typical floor cleaner and a cloth in one small area to see what you get.
