After period,how many days to wait for sex?

I personaly don't like sex two days after period,it make my period stay longer and in generalit is said that it is not healthy for but party,so I will say wait 3 days after period,it all depends on you body type.

I guess I ask why are you waiting a number of days, religious rules of a specific faith ? Issue of having sex while on your period ? Some people have sex during even,
