    Passport with felony confiction
    I have felony confection that are over 20 years old can I get a passport I want to travel from Minnesota to Alaska by train

    A passport is a form of Federal ID, there are few restrictions on who can get a passport. Being allowed entry to another country is different, merely having a passport does not allow you entry into the other nation, in some cases you will need a visa, in others they may do a ID check at the border.

    Even with a passport, Canada won't let you in. You'll have to fly, and you don't NEED a passport to do that.
