Hello I'm 12, my two friends are twins and they are 11. We made this group called Diamondz. We wrote a song, we got a tune and we've finished it. We even made a dance routine to go with it. I know this sounds like a silly question, but we want to be a famous group. Where do we perform first to get started?

You'd have to check with your State to see if the name is available.

Want to be famous? There are thousands of groups out there. Many don't even make a living at music.

But - you appear anywhere and everywhere. Church picnics, school groups, anywhere you can. Eventually word gets out and people come to see you. Maybe you'll make a demo. Maybe an agent will see you.

It's a rough road but the secret is to get good enough to get an agent.

It's hard to get famous off the bat if ever, but perform wherever and whenever you can to get a buzz going. Like Judy said, at Church functions, school groups, also talent shows, local battle of the bands.

Do you have a band or how do you get the music to sing along to? Are you a capella?

I've seen young bands with members as young as 13 winning battles of bands.
