    A child would change everything.
Ok so, I’m all of 20 years old going to be 21 in Sept. and I think I’m pregnant but then again I’m not sure. Due to a chemical imbalance when I was younger I started going through metapose, my doctor added hormones to my birth control and I began having periods again. Although, they have never been regular since. It’s been about a week and a half since I was supposed to have my period, so I took an at home pregnancy test. It came out negative but I’ve heard they are never really accurate until at least two weeks. I’ve had serious cravings for carb filled foods, I’ve been extremely tired, extremely moody and emotional, and I’m getting a lot of minor headaches. Along with that I’ve always had lower back problems since a car accident a phew years back, but my lower back seems to be bothering me more than ever now. It’s always hurting. Aside from that I had sex with my fiancé tonight and I bled afterwards. Not a huge amount but definitely enough to notice. So now I don’t no what to think. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you were starting menopause at such a young age you should be checking back in with the endocrinologist. I suspect that your hormones are out of whack. You could be pregnant, but it's not too likely, if you are taking your BC regularly. And you need to discuss with the doctor what effect the extra hormones would have on an embryo.
