    Contact an attorney and leave out the title company. Go and look at the original plot maps at the ounty in person to determine when the "adjusted" plot maps were made showing your garage not your garage and the driveway now yours. Get copies of these plot maps if possible to help you with your suit.

    The owner was just covering his behind which is now flapping in the wind!!

    I've merged your threads. If you had added to your original thread, you wouldn't wasted the time of members to ask for information that was in the original thread pr your time to explain to them. Please keep all information pertaining to this issue to this one thread.

    And yes, I agree that you deal directly with the insurance company. And be prepared to hire an attorney.
