    Not neessarily. What are the particulars here? Are you a good tenant or a pest? All depends also on your written present lease and what it says about renewal as well.

    Where are you? In NJ a landlord is required to renew a lease unless you fall within one of 16 specific conditions. Tell us where you are the circumstances of your situation and we can give you a better answer.
