    If I'm on probation, can I leave the state to enroll in rehab?
    I'm on probation for something other then drugs and am not required by the court to enroll in a rehab. I would like to enroll myself to a rehab while on probation but it requires me to be out of state for 3 months.

    Is there no rehab program in your state

    But you have to talk to your PO, discuss this with them and get their permission
