I've been having unprotected sex with my partner now for 3 months. He does not withdraw. My last period was 2 weeks ago and the one before that was 2 weeks ago. Its now coming up the 2 week mark again and Im feeling very strange syptoms. I feel very tired craving chocolate and crisps all the time, urinating more and have been having more head aches over the last few months. My period has never been irregular, I'm 22 now so this is a first time its acted up. I know its not stress because Im not under any at the moment, plus when I have been stressed its never affected my period. They say you can be pregnant and have periods... My last period also was a lot shorted than usual. It was 3days when usually they last 5 days.

I feel like Im due on again and its whey too soon, I did a test earlier today and it was negative, am I poss pregnant, what shall I do?

Kerry, are you saying that you have been having your period every 2 weeks? This is abnormal for you?

I just need to get this cleared up before I go on.

I believe it may be in your best interest to have a blood test done. If this is not the norm for you there may be other factors, not pregnancy, that are causing you to have your period more often than normal.

Have you had your blood checked for your iron levels recently?

No I haven't, would that explain my other symptoms, like tiredness etc?

Yes, absolutley. Iron deficient anemia does account for your other symptoms also. Being tired is the most common symptom of iron deficient anemia. You should have a blood test drawn to check your completel blood count (CBC), and have them check for pregnancy just in case.

While it is possible to bleed during the first few months of pregnancy, it is not quite as common as many people understand it to be.

I think that you could be pregnant... the same way are having pregnancy symptoms I have to I'm in the same catergory as you I was on the depo and then I got off and got on the pill after I was on the pill for about a week I had missed a pill and had unprotected sex so now 3 weeks later I am experiencing very light pink bleeding,headaches,lower ab. Pains I'm always tired I just don't know what to think I haven't taken a pregnancy test because I don't want to see the negative sign again I really am trying to conceive I think that you may really be pregnant though... my question for you is what do you think about my situtation??

Well to be honest sweety I've never been in this situation before, but from reading other peoples comments it sounds like you could be. In boots they do two tests (first responce) for £10 something, wait till first thing in the morning and do the test. Its best to know so you can sort your head out.

That's what I did, I still feel weird.. No period yet although normally I'm not due so that's why I'm so confused. Very tired and my emotions are all over the place, yet I've not had any of the bleeding you have had. But like I said my last period was very short which isn't normal for me.
