    I was driving down the road and all of a sudden I could not excelerate any more..
    I was driving down the road and all of a sudden I could not excelerate any more... the engine was still on and running (well at least I'm pretty sure it was) but I could not accelerate... I tried to hit a u turn to pull into a gas station but had to stop due to traffic... once I hit my brakes it was very hard to steer... I have power steering fluid I have a full tank of gas... when I turn the car off I restarted it and the engine would roll over like normal but will not fire up I have new spark plugs and wires and battery... while you start the engine after you hear it roll over right at the very end when you release the key you kind of hear a quick click sound... what could be the problem

    What sort of vehicle is it to start with... A Kia Rio?. a Peterbuilt Triaxle dump truck? How many miles is on it? If it has a timing belt.. and a lot of miles.when was it last replaced...

    We need more info about the vehicle now.
