    Electrical problems in doublewide
No power in living room and master bedroom in our doublewide. It was throwing breaker and we replaced it with a 30 amp.and then it threw it a few times and was hot and had to cool. Then it stopped after doing so twice. Worked fine then one day we lost all power to those rooms but didn't throw the breaker. What do we do

Very bad idea!! With a 30 Amp you'll burn down your home. You either have a circuit overload or a possible wiring corrosion issue. Most likely you have 14/2 rated for 15 AMP. You will burn through a wire, note your comment "hot and had to cool", and start a fire. Give serious thought to a professional inspection before a fire starts.

I wonder what damage has been done to the wiring by forcing it with a 30 amp breaker.

To confirm and reinforce MA0641, putting the 30 amp breaker on what is probably either 15 or 20 amp wiring was a really bad idea.

Since it ran for a day, there is a huge chance that that wirng has been overheated and now needs to be replaced.

I hope your insurance is paid up, and I sure hope no one is home when the fire starts.

Be sure to hire an electrician to find and repair the problem, and be sure he knows you used a 30 amp breaker and have that wiring checked, it may not fail now, it can fail anytime in the future.
