    How can I bench test a 200 watt ballast (220 V)?
I am performing a test using induction lamps and want to be certain the ballast is not defective before acquiring a lift, etc. Any direction you could provide would be appreciated!

Connecting line voltage and a lamp to the ballast on the bench should work.
