    We can't do this for you, we are not attached to any government agency from any country. If you are are not in Portugal, visit the nearest embassy to find out the status of your passport.

    My case was languishing with the "competent" authorities in Lisbon since 2003. The Advocate that initially lodged my papers died last year. In March 2011, I contacted a Lisbon law firm and have just received notification that the registration of birth is complete. It took ONLY 3 MONTHS. I would suggest seeking professional assistance as opposed to using the touts in Goa. Also, you probably shouldn't be putting your process number on public forums like this.
