You still take it slow no matter how hot it gets.

I need some date ideas, the main problem is it needs to be something that I can somewhat surprise her with because she always wants to pay half.
Also I would like to know how to ask her if we can move farther on in relationship, and be less shy around girlfriend?

Why don't you slow down and enjoy each others company, as you get to know each other besides with your bodies. Like going to parks, museums, beaches, concerts, and even dinner, lunch or breakfast, and as you become familiar with each others ways you will be less shy.
No need to talk about a relationship, just let it happen naturally. There is nothing wrong with being shy, if you pay careful attention and show consideration, and respect. And don't get carried away by some strong feelings of attraction, and come on to strong, to fast. Take time to make sure its real, and you or her are not driven by lust.
Lust fades, love grows, and it's a big difference. How old are you??

Stay cool, calm, and collected, and in control of yourself. There is no hurry, and no worry, so relax and enjoy what you have and see if it grows on its own, naturally.

Communication.
Is she just not ready to say sweet things? I can say anything or ask anything and only get basic answers unless wee are in person, also she seems to never respond to texts, and has a problem with calling?

You should being enjoying getting to know her through dating, and its kind of early and unrealistic for her to always fall in your lap and get all lovey dovey when you want.
Try normal talking about things and find out what she likes and not get carried away by your hormones and don't be so eager.
Mature, confident, and inquiring, and light and humorous over the phone, or texts, and Internet. Make sure you are doing other things besides chasing her.
Too much, too fast, crash and burn!!!

Perfect words to live by.
Just slow down and relax. Things are going to happen the way they are supposed to.
Here is some advice from a woman to a guy, don't chase her. It's not becoming at all. Just go about your business. Let HER initiate some.
Good luck.

Needs time for herself?
Exactly that she said she needs time for herself even as I take it slow, how its not working out because she has trouble with attachment ( ex issue) I really fought hard for her and want to keep her around, I love her.

Back up and give her what she asked for and stop being hard headed, and selfish. And stop making new threads about the same thing. Just keep the story in one place.
Relax, and do other things.
