My period is 4 weeks late. Im 15 years old. I've had my period since I was 10. My boyfriend and I had sex twice. I took two clear blue brand pregnancy tests and both came back negative. I've been feeling bloated some days and I cramp other days. What could be wrong. Oh I am also a cheerleader. But we were on break for three weeks and I started to walk on the treadill for at least 30 minutes 3 days a week... If that helps

Changes in physical activity can cause changes elsewhere. The biggest concern is that your engauging in under age sex. You really need to consider your choices better or this situation wouldn't be a worry.

Also did you follow the directions carefully on the package of the ept test ? (no cheating)

At fifteen, it could just be hormones screwing with things. You're body is going through a lot of hormonal changes.

It could also be a change in diet, physical activity, stress levels, or any number of other things.

Is it possible for you to go to a doctor? If you don't want to go to a family doctor, you can schedule an appointment at a planned parenthood clinic. Since you are sexually active, you should start getting yearly check-ups, anyway.

Agreed, time for check ups since you are sexually active,
And to plan on the different types of birth control you plan on using.

Also things such as infections, stress, diet and more effect your cycle.

You can get the pill through planned parenthood, too.

If you're afraid of your parents finding out, then you won't have to worry about it. They won't tell your parents. You can give your cell phone number (if you have one) for contact, and there's even the option of having them use a code phrase if they call instead of the clinic's name.
