    A new kind of terrorist is emerging, it's just that who exactly is the terrorist is a little vague

    On the one hand we have the wag who painted a Bishop's goats and has been branded a terrorist. Was the Bishop goat riding? Or just terrorising the locals by exposing his neather regions. On the other hand it appears the Bishop might have been doing some terrorising of his own.
