    I have a lot of pain when I pee and need to very often. I haven't had a period in over
    I have a lot of pain when I pee and need to very often. I haven't had a period in over a month. Every time I go to the toilet I dread to because it hurts so much especially afterwards, I start crying. Painful lower tummy. Feel really drained and depressed.

    Yes, this sounds like a urinary tract infection and does indeed need medical attention.
