    1960's movie title family cabin?
    Looking for the title of a 1960's movie where a family travels in a station wagon to a cabin(?) that is ramshackle and they find a family of raccoons in the oven or kitchen cabinet, I think it's black and white

    Thanks! I thought that too but the question is my sisters and she says the synopsis doesn't sound right... she remembers it in b&w and not in winter

I forgot the title of this movie. It was from the 1950's or 1960's. Its about a woman performer who's husband dies in the war, so to comfort her, her mother gives her a drink, she starts drinking alcohol everyday and becomes an alcoholic. She marries many men then overcomes her addiction in the end.
