    What do symptoms mean?
    I have these small red pimple like bumps around my body. I am suffering from a stinging sensation around my feet and hands. I was recently treated with permethrim cream for scabies and I am only in the beginning stages of that treatment.

    You should consider that the problems noted may be a reaction to the permethrin cream. Following is a link to side effects for permethrin:
