As you shipped items to them then you already have their name and address.
Also can you PROVE that this item was received by them, if so give Paypal this information.

If you sold on eBay, you are required to prove with a postal confirmation number that the item was received.
If the item was received not as described or damaged, eBay requires that the buyer send it back, and Paypal freezes your funds pending the return.
If you sold some other way, neither you nor the buyer has much Paypal protection, but generally you do have to prove that the buyer received it.
What is the reason for the dispute? (If you think anyone watching here actually knows this individual, out of billions on earth, you are very naïve.)

A dispute with paypal will give the reason for the dispute

If he claims he did not get it, you prove he did by providing documents where you shipped and he received.

If he is claiming it is broken, or not as described.
