    Is State and City taxes deductible from Groo Income?
    Is state and city taxes deductible from from the gross income (or AGI)
    In computing for the Taxable Income for the Federal tax?

    Negative.

    State and City income taxes are only deductible as an itemized deduction on Schedule A.
