    Isis Cosmescueticals Bad Service are they a legit company??
    I recently tried to place an order with this company and contacted customer service why my credit card kept being denied even though I had enough funds and was entering the correct billing information. The customer service represenative was very rude to begin with but things escalated and she called me a 'c***', told me I was 'mentally slow', and banned from me from viewing their site. She even told me the amount I was spending was not a big deal and that they have customers who spend even more than I do on a regular basis. I cannot believe this! I have never ever experienced customer service like this in my life, and want to know if anyone else experienced such rude customer service with these people? Are there products even legit?

    One rep at any company doesn't speak for the whole company.
    If someone swears at you, hang up, call back, and demand a supervisor to complain.
    But don't persist with any rep or any supervisor if your card isn't accepted. What do you expect them to do? It's your job to call your card company and find out why, not theirs.
    If your card co says there's no problem, contact the company again and try with the next rep who answers.
    Some companies pay based on commission, and that can make reps very irritable if a phone call drags on.
    Others are fired if they don't meet quotas.

    I called my credit card company and they told me my credit card was fine. So I emailed Isis and asked why it was being declined and this person went off on me. Also, they do not have a contact phone number you can only speak with them through emails. There is no justification for calling a customer a c***t

    Again, it does no good to ask a company why your card is declined. They don't know!

    I would want nothing more to do with a company that has that kind of staff.

    A point-of-sale clerk is not privy to why a card is or is not declined. That is personal and private information between the card holder and the card company.

    I spoke with my credit card company and they told me to speak with the merchant as to why it was being declined because I had enough funds and the billing information that I entered was correct. When I entered my billing information, I was told that it was incorrect and I wanted to know why, maybe there was something wrong with their system. Either way it is rude to insult a customer even if it is not their job to tell them why the card was declined. There is no justification for type of rude behavior. I ordered from another company and my card went through just fine so there is something wrong on Isis' behave.

    I don't think you should mess w/ them. I have heard of the company and it wasn't good. This company is located in IL. Just go to where you is appreciated. And, from reviews I was hearing the person wasn't lightning...
