My 1997 Honda Accord won't start. Its not the Relay or timing.
I hope there is someone out there that can help me figure out why I can't get my Honda Accord to start. A few days ago I changed out my timing belt and water pump. After I was finished I started my engine, It was running like a charm, no boggs or misfiring at all. I drove it down the street and then it stalled. Its been 3 days now and I still can't get it to fire up.

I checked for spark and there is spark
I checked the relay switch and that is fine, the fuel pump is working.
I checked all spark plugs and they are good.
The Timing belt is spot on with the markers.

    What am I missing?

If the timing is correct and if the CEL comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then the problem is likely with the distributor. I'd focus on the Ignition Control Module. If the problem persists, refocus on the Crankshaft Position Sensor. Did you get coolant on the CKP Sensor, when you replaced the water pump? Did you properly set the tension on the tensioner and then tighten the tensioner pulley securely?
