I've been broken up with my ex for nearly 5 years and I can't stand the thought of being with out him any longer. I've tried to date other people and move on with my life. I've tried to focus on myself and move on that way. He's all I can think about, but he's with another girl. He's been with her for a while and we're still friends, he complains to me that there's so much B.S. in their relationship. They've broke up numerous times because she's cheated and other things. I don't understand why he would want to stay with her. She's immature and treats him bad. I know I made mistakes when we were together but I would love to make up for those mistakes. What can I do? HELP!

Have you tried focusing on yourself,moving on WITHOUT him in your life, perhaps the reason your still stuck on him is because he has never left your life, he's moved on, he's with someone else, if he wanted you, you would still be together.

He's not been fair to you by hanging around and using you as his emotional mop, and your not been fair on yourself by not giving yourself a proper chance to heal.

No contact, it works.

You should stop talking to him and move on.
If he wanted to be with you, he would. Stop letting him use you as a sounding board. As you stay away from him, you will get over him.

We don't speak anymore. I completely cut him out of my life 3 years ago when I moved 3 hours away to go to school. : \
