    Who do you call to get someone deported from canada?
    My husband was denied a work permit and denied permenent residencey in canada, he was given a letter

    To leave canada immediately on the 31st of December 2010, I've tried to kick him out, I've tried to send

    Him back to the states, but he won't go, he cheats, lyes, and abuses me. He just wants me to sponsor him

    So he will be legal then can leave me, who can I call to help me get rid of him.

    Please don't type in caps - it's hard to read and the same as shouting.

    If Canadian Immigration ordered him out of Canada, that's who you call.

    If he's abusing you you've undoubtedly notified the Police. They haven't arrested (and assisted in deporting) him?
