Want to dye my hair blue-black.
I'm 13 and I want to dye my hair blue-black but I've got shoulder-length hair so when it grows will the newly grown hair be my natural color or blue-black? Sorry if it's confusing but I don't know how to explain it.. >.<
    Thanks for reading!

You should first get your parents consent before dying your hair. If you dye your hair and it grows out, the new growth will be your natural hair color.

Permanent hair color does not wash out. It will fade in 6 to 8 weeks and your roots will start to show.

I yed my hair full on black with a perm dye since your young like me I would say use a semi permanent dye and see if you like the color DO NOT use a permanent dye you WILL regret it!

This thread is six months old. Hopefully, Frilly changed her mind about dyeing her hair blue-black.
