    I have items on my desktop that cannot be deleted?
    I've got a mac laptop using snow leapord and downloaded some PDF's for uni and now I have a .pdf and a .part that cannot be deleted from my desktop or even moved. Anyone know how to get rid of them?

    Call Apple support and they can guide you through it. If you've never used them before they're great an almost instant call back from someone in the US that you can understand and knows exactly how to solve your problem.
