How do I kick my ex-girlfriend out of our apartment?
I broke up with my ex-GF a year ago! She quit her job and claimed to looking for a new one while going to school. I didn't want to be a total **** so I told her she could stay until she saved some money... she had a June deadline this year that she obviously missed and now I've just had it. She is on the lease but has never actually paid the rent or anything. I'm sick of supporting this loser. How do I get her out of the apartment?

That presents a problem. Your landlord would have to evict her, but I'm guessing that she hasn't violated the lease, so the LL would have no grounds. When does the lease expire?

You could sue her for her share of the lease payments, but that wouldn't necessarily force her out.

I'm on a month to month, so I guess I could call the landlord and try to get them to help me sign a new lease with just me on it... or maybe I could just move to a vacant apartment down the hall...

That would work. As the saying goes, "if you can't move the mountain,. [something about some mid-eastern dude]"
