    There's very little chance that we can identify any picture you post.

    There are search engines that can try to match the picture, tell you where it's from, who it is etc, but unless that picture has been posted on the net before, that exact picture, and the search engine has it in their data base, you won't have much luck.

    If this picture is of a person, why not ask the person that took the picture, or the people you got the picture from?

    I believe the person is an athlete & just would like to see if someone recognizes them. I just do not know how to post it.
