    Property taxes put in my name by seller resinding on property who owns the house

    Huh? Who owns the house is whoever is on the deed.

    You need to give us more information.

    You were buying the property? Did the seller have a mortgage, a deed of trust, a land contract, or what?

    You failed to make the payments as you agreed?

    How did the seller rescind? What exactly did (s)he do?

    You don't just "put someones name on the taxes"
    The taxes are due and owed by the owner of the property.
