    I am 22 years old.my height is 5feet and 5inch but my weight is only 40 kg tel me pl
    My age is22 years .my height is 5 feet and 5 inches but my weight is only 40 kg.. doctors say that 10 kg is less.I eat daily and proper but no results.. everyone laughs on me I am very much worried about it.sometimes I weep due to this problem.I want my weight 50 kg at any cost... I think no one likes me due to this problem.please give me suggestions.what shouldi do to increase my weight?I will do that.I am doing my masters in english but all say that I look like a smile girl.. please tell me must to solve this problem..

    At 88 pounds you are very much underweight. Have you had a complete physical? I doubt very much that people don't like you because of your weight, though.

    You need to eat foods with high calories OR perhaps your metabolism and/or thyroid need to be managed by medication.

    Only a Physician would know.

    What do you eat, on average, per day?

    I am 5'4". At one point I was under 100 pounds and I looked TERRIBLE! I would also be concerned that your low weight is damaging your health.

    Hi,

    Here are few tips to increase your body weight:

    1. Do yoga regularly

    2. Banana milk shake can be taken every alternative day.

    3. Include egg whites in your diet.

    4. Include lots of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid Eating Too much Apples And Pies In Your Diet.

    5. Have vegetable soups to increase appetite.
