I have a felony DWI. In New York. Sentence is Drug court, 4 mo. Of weekends $520.00 victim impact fee and 100 hours of community service. 6 mo. House arrest. Interlock on my car. Probation for 5 years. Once I graduate from drug court and pay probation all my fees can I get off probation early?

Probably not as judges don't like to see drunks back driving nor back in their courtoom in a hurry. Chances are you will have to do all 5 years unless you have a very clever attorney to get you off sooner.
