    Simple Possession first offence
    In the state of South Carolina, first offence, plead guilty at Bond Hearing, I am confused whether or not a license is suspended automatically or if PTI is offered can you keep your license.

    I'm confused too. I have no idea what you're talking about. If anybody here should understand your jargon, it would be me, and I don't. What is PTI? Possession of what? Why would your license (drivers license? Hunting license? Business license?? ) be suspended for possession??

    If you explain what happened to you IN DETAIL, maybe we can help. Questions, such as you asked just cannot be answered.
