    Are you leasing just the building, or equipment also ?

    One that size would allow several stylist to work, are you renting it by "chair" or the entire building.

    Is there a current book of business ( clients) that will be coming with the business.

    But exact location makes a difference, my youth center is about that size, and funny it used to be a beauty shop, I pay about 1800 a month for the building, but if I was 3 miles or so down the road toward Atlanta, I would be paying double that.
