For the past 3/4 years I have seen black spots, like an ink blotch on the skin of my scrotum. They have increased in numbers over the year, and lately they are increasing in number even faster.

From what I have seen, they seem to start from reddish-brown tiny dots(like a brown pencil mark) and increase in diameter and turn black. The spots are not bumpy, but seem to be under the skin. They are primarily on the scrotum skin and the shaft of the penis, and even two/ three on the skin of the penis (excluding the glans). In total they are about 19/22. They seem to be spreading around the area, and increasing in number.

The spots are not bumpy, crusty and doesn't cause pain, neither it can be felt to the touch. They are just like circular tiny ink marks from a pen on the skin. The largest one is about less than half a centimetre in diameter. And most are 1-3 mm in diameter.

How do I cure them?
