Sorry but can't tell you much about this painting, nor the painter. I can't see the signature on the pic so take you word for it. We can't do appraisals, or anything close to identifying a painting on line. I know you won't find this helpful, but common sense would say that I can't touch, or look at the back of the painting where most of the information lingers in order to identify a painting.
