The lower front signal light bulb ( the one on the bumper) needs to be replaced on my 98 Cavalier. I can't seem to get access to the bulb... does the lens pop out?

You should be able to access it from either under the hood or car and it just twists out if not the there should be some nuts you can remove to pull the light out and twist out the bulb and replace it then repeat the process backwards to put it back.
