    Can a landlord ask for more addendums to be signed after lease signed
    After lease accepted and signed by both parties and earnest money accepted the landlord has requested a new bankruptcy addendum be signed which we would prefer not to sign do we have to in order to keep the lease valid?

    He can ask anything but you are not obligated to sign anything if you do not agree. Not long ago both of you were satisfied with the original terms, so far only the LL wants a change, you do not have to accept one single change.
