    visitation rights
    Can a soilder file for visitation rights while deployed in war zones, since they can't be touched by lawyers for the same thing because they are in a war zone?

    A deployed soldier is not precluded from participating in any legal action while deployed. However, they can ask for and get up to a 90 day deferment of any legal action.
